Chapter 7 - Help
As what I would assume to be morning came upon the underground inn, I got up and stretched my body out before checking on Selena. She was still asleep, curled up in bed under the old sheets. If this place wasn’t an abandoned town, she would have looked like a kid on vacation.
I walked over and pawed at the door to open it and look out to Leaf. He was sitting in his chair, looking out over the stairs. “Doing alright?” I questioned him in our minds.
“Yeah.” He replies before giving a yawn out loud. “Do you think it’s morning?”
“I think so.” I replied with a nod. “Why don’t you get breakfast going? I think I thought of something That I need to do.”
“What?” Leaf questions, but I just waved and told him not to worry. I looked back at Selena before walking with Leaf downstairs to the inns kitchen.
